Our company manufactures a variety of prestressed beams and associated products to suit a broad range of applications for pedestrian and road bridges and achieve this in our own purpose built facility. We are able to manufacture and deliver products to meet the customer's needs and are able to achieve this in substantially shorter timeframes than our competitors due to the resources being maintained in house. All products are developed in line with customer specifications and achieve not only budget, timeframes but also quality standards.
Concrete mixes are developed in collaboration with the relevant concrete provider and allowing us to deliver a batch that meets specifications and ensures control of the quality and quantity of concrete. Our in-house testing by our Quality Control Officer allows us to make customised adjustments to our concrete mixes as required.
Our Accredited Quality Control Systems monitor the production process of each product, from the setting of the forms, to post pour verification.. We have the full facilities necessary to test our concrete and raw materials, and to provide the follow up testing required, to insure our products meet the most stringent design requirements.
With our own transport available we are also able to deliver the products to the client using our own logistics. This offers the customer the ability to purchase the products and arrange delivery in one transaction.
Using hot water curing we are able to ensure high, early strength development which allows for early strand de-tensioning and greater form (asset) utilisation. This process allows for curing temperatures up to 70 degrees Celsius.
Prequalified to CC level with the RTA (and with mutual recognition in Victoria, the ACT, Quensland and South Australia) we are able to manufacture:
